Sowing Hope. Harvesting Change.
The SHEAF/ESPIGA Foundation strengthens rural communities in Nicaragua through health, education, and agricultural programs — promoting autonomy, dignity, and faith.
SHEAF / ESPIGA
SHEAF/ESPIGA is a Canadian charitable foundation that supports integrated development projects among poor and marginalized communities in Central America, especially Nicaragua.
The name combines English and Spanish words:
SHEAF (a bundle of grain) and ESPIGA (an ear of grain), symbolizing unity and shared harvest.
